Our Wedding Cakes are made with our Classic White, Chocolate and Red Velvet Cake with a variety of fillings. The cakes are iced with our irresistible buttercream, smooth fondant, or Ganache. Our buttercream is a light vanilla flavor with a hint of lemon. Our fondant is smooth, not too sweet, and leaves no grainy or sugary aftertaste. And of course, our Ganache is made with 100% Belgian Chocolate.
Below is a list of our standard flavor choices. While each tier can have it's own flavor, we recommend limiting to 2 flavors for ease of serving. See details in our Cake Menu. Any of the flavors can also be made into cupcakes. See our Cupcakes & Desserts Menu. We can do anything you'd like from single tiers ceremonial cut cake to large tower cakes with as many tiers as you'd like. We can also create special flavors upon request. It is recommended that you book a complimentary Tasting & Consultation.
