Quality since 1975. We are a family owned and operated, second generation bakery. Centrally located in the heart of Monterey Bay, we offer birthday cakes to wedding cakes and treats for all occasion. We are also one of the first bakery in the nation to offer Photo Logoed Cookies.
Throughout the 40 years, we pride ourselves in using quality ingredients. We use 100% Belgian Chocolate on our cakes and cookies. We print directly on our cakes and cookies, with NO edible paper or leaving any starchy after taste.
Tony opened shop on Freedom Blvd. in 1975 serving our famous chiffon cakes such our Dream Cake, Fresh Strawberry, Hawaiian Banana Delight and more. Those remain to be our top sellers! In 2008 have evolved with the times and customer demand. We introduced new and popular cakes such as our Classic Mango Mousse and Chocolate Ganache and Mousse. In 2010, we relocated our store to Hangar Way.
We are still a small business and now in our second generation of bakers and decorators. We value our bakery's tradition and customers' favorites. But we also like to test new products and move with the times. We serve many customers outside of our Santa Cruz and Monterey area and have expanded our online business.
Our bakery is a second home to all of us here. Many of whom are family members and others whom practically are just like family too. Paul started helping his, Tony, when he was 13. Now a father of three, he and his wife, Anna, run the bakery with their dedicated bakers, decorators, and storefront clerks.
